He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Sr. McGrath and Irene Johnson McGrath; and his sister Karen Cline. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Anne McGrath (Spencer); his sons, William A. McGrath, III (Tammy) and Kevin S. McGrath (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Connor, Paige, Aiden, Liam McGrath, Tyler and Kaitlynn Rogers; his great grandchildren, Azara and Spencer Rogers; his siblings, Patricia Butler, Tom McGrath (Sharon) and Shirley McGrath; and his siblings-in-law, John and Judy Spencer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
