He was predeceased by: his parents, Bridget and Thomas Moffitt Sr.; and his siblings, William and Kathleen Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moffitt (Revans); his children, Laura Moffitt-Miller (Bill), David Moffitt (Ann), Michael Moffitt (Cindy Boesch), Sheila Agosto (Rick), Sara Moffitt (Ian Jantz) and Siobhan Moffitt (Hilario Clavijo); his stepchildren, Howard Revans (Lori), Bernadette Anderson (Todd) and Timothy Revans (Lori); and his grandchildren, Colleen, Loren, Mackenzie, Joaquin, Marissa, Casimiro and Enzo.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
