She was predeceased by: her husband George F. Karrat; and her siblings, Rose Mary Flihan and F. Peter Flihan. She is survived by: her children, George J. Karrat, Diane R. Recchia (Joseph) and Christine Pastorella (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, John, Michael Pastorella (Jenn) and Vinnie Giglio (Savannah); and her brother Anthony J. Flihan. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
