She was predeceased by: her parents, James Collins and Doreen Collins; her former husband Carl A. Charles; and her brothers, Jim Collins and Tim Collins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Wendi Charles (Paul), Jennifer West (Christopher) and Ryen Charles; her grandchildren, Katie (Bret), Elizabeth, Juliana (Jackson), Jack and Noah; her great grandchild Emma; and her sister-in-law Christine Sproule (Joseph).
