He is survived by: his wife Martha Fraver-Blum; his sons, Bryan R. Blum and Jason L. Blum; his siblings, Norbe, Michael Blum and Helen Sutfin; his grandchildren, Zachary, Kevin, Kyle, Erin, Allison, Kaylee Blum and Madison Rogers; and his godchildren, Timothy Baumer and Hayley Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Irondequoit: Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the age of 78 from complications of Covid-19.
