He is survived by: his children, Drs, Carole Botash and Lisa Ellison (Michael); his grandchildren, Melissa Ciolek (Marcin), Matthew Gambino, Katherine St (Joseph), Dr. Christopher Botash, Rachel Ellison, Nicole Ellison and Brittany Ellison; his siblings-in-law, Eleanor and Gaetano Siconolfi; and his niece Leslie Siconolfi.
