He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin O. Willover and Mildred L. Upperman (Lanning); his stepfather Robert M. Upperman; and his brother Fred. He is survived by: his brothers, Eugene M. Willover (Kathy) and Gregory A. Willover (Madeline); and his stepsister Debra Newan.
