He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Barto and Evelyn Barto. He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Kerry), Mike (Cathy) and Shawn Barto; the mother of his children Elizabeth Barto; his grandsons, Ryan, Conor and Brennan Barto; and his sister Virginia Thayer (Doug).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
