He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Ella; his wife Elaine; his daughter Dawn; his siblings, Harold, Glenn and Loraine Reid; and his brothers-in-law, Robert DeClerck and Charles DeClerck.

He is survived by: his son Bud Klafehn (Lori); his son-in-law Rick Groth; his grandchildren, Shawn Groth, Ryan Klafehn (Jen), Julie Klafehn (Casey Osika) and Nicole Groth; his great grandchild Sasha; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne Klafehn, Dorothy DeClerck and Mary Ann DeClerck. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews & friends.
