It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. D'Amico (Irondequoit, New York), who passed away on November 6, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her parents, Antonio Valenti and Concetta Valenti; and her siblings, Frank, Michael Valenti, Josephine, Caroline Valenti and Tina Bartell.
She is survived by: her daughter Gay Ann Forella; her granddaughters, Marissa O'Neill and Lori Mayeu (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Tessa, Mara O'Neill and Steven Mayeu. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to School of the Holy Childhood.
