She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Urquhart; her great grandchild Baby Julian; and her brothers-in-law, Benjamin and George. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne, Greg, Mark and Brian Urquhart (Toni Ann); her grandchildren, Shannon, Jason, Jamie, Andrew and Evan Urquhart; her great grandchildren, Felicia, Jason, Mia, Travis, Cameron, Juliana, Luca and Ariana; her great great grandchild Elana; and her brother Richard White. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Covid regulations, all guests are required to wear face masks.
