She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard; her parents, Michael Kulik and Helen Kulik; and her brother Nicolas Kulik. She is survived by: her sons, Roger (Marie), Dennis (Ruth) and Richard (Jean). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
