She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen W. Blake and Myrtle E. Blake; and her brother Owen W. Blake. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Harriet D. Blake of Wilmington, DE; and her nephew Jason W. Blake of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by several cousins and extended family.
