He was predeceased by: his father Thurlow Sutherland (Suds); and his in-laws, Rita and Don Insley. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Catherine of Greece, NY, Thomas and Madison of Irondequoit, NY; his mother Mary of Keuka Park; his siblings, Scott (Kathy), Terri (Bernie), Marcia (Ed) and David (Kristi); and his godparents, Jon and Dona Durham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (570 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (401 Rogers Pkwy, Rochester, NY 14617). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Irondequoit Cemetery (3671 Culver Rd, Irondequoit, NY 14622).
