He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his children, Mark Meadows, Christine "Tina" Mazzo (Marty) and Renee LoBello (Dennis); his grandchildren, Jamie, Samantha, Brianna, Sidnee and Gia; his great grandchildren, Gianna, David and Reagan; his sisters, Gloria Recino (Frank) and Kathy Daniels (Thomas); and his brother-in-law Ronald Reale. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
