He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen; his children, Iain and Kiera; his siblings, Thomas Higgins (Joan) and Nancy Higgins; and his parents, Hugh Higgins and Marianne Higgins. He was also cherished by many loving relatives and countless dear friends.
