He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette B. Osinski; his son Paul J. Osinski; and his grandson Gregory Osinski. He is survived by: his children, Carol Lamendola (Duane) and Tom Osinski (Elizabeth); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Golebiowski. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
