He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lamb and Mary Lamb; and his sister Maureen Venus (Alan). He is survived by: his children, Gerry Lamb (Amy) and Jessica Rodak (Keith); his siblings, Robert William Lamb Jr. and Susan King (William H. IV); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah King (Leslie), Shelley Schmidt (Robert), William H. King V and Matthew Venus (Kara). He is also survived by several cousins, and many lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
