He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Dawn Herman, Lorin Donnelly and David; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Jordan Herman, Kelly, Erin, Douglas III, Donnelly, Dylan, Ellie and Jack Armanini; his brother-in-law Dr. Andrew P. Galante (Livia); his nephew Dr. Timothy Armanini; and his niece Karen Feikls. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to St. Kateri.
