It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Tubiolo (Irondequoit, New York), who passed away on January 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; her siblings, John Pavano and Clara Johnson; and her great grandchild Brooke Lynn. She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Tubiolo (Anne Rossi) and David Tubiolo; her grandchildren, Andrew Tubiolo Jr., Adam Tubiolo, Joseph Tubiolo (Kristen) and Danielle Koehler; her great grandchildren, Angelica Tubiolo, Cody Graci (Emily) and Christian Tubiolo; and her great great grandchildren, Rogue Graci and Louis Tubiolo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
