He was predeceased by: his parents, Guido and Arlene. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Smalter, Rosemarie Washburn (Daniel) and Linda Vitale; his grandchildren, Collin, Ethan, Noah and April; his siblings, Anthony, Joseph (Michael), Elizabeth Burdge (Terry), Charlene (Wes) and Darlene (Ned); his daughter Rosemary Frank; his aunt Josephine; his pet Diesel; and his son Boomer. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
