She is survived by: her brother Roger Aceto (Sue); her sons, Thomas Polsinelli (Cindy), Jim Polsinelli, David Polsinelli (Cheryl Tanner) and Rudy Polsinelli (Rita); and her grandchildren, Nicole Polsinelli (Harrys Leroy), Eric Polsinelli (Jillian) and Anthony Polsinelli.
