He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Brassie and Helen Brassie; his nephew Patrick Parrish; and his sister-in-law Kristine Brassie. He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his daughter Morgan Brassie; his siblings, Micheal, Rick (Lori), Mark (Sue), David, Catherine Parrish (Norman) and Laurie Quartaro (Michael); his brother-in-law Terry Parrish; and his nieces and nephews, John, Ethan, Chet, Lucas, Emma, Chloe, David, Christopher, Matthew and Morgan.
