He was predeceased by: his parent Gordy Swank. He is survived by: his uncles, Dick and Ed; his wife Julie Dill Swank; his daughter Macy Jane Swank; his mother E. Joyce Swank of Ovid; his sister Kathreen Lavarnway (TJ) of Ovid; his mother-in-law Linda Beck (Barbara Rosenblum) of Geneva; his brother-in-law Brian Dill; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Lavarnway (Stacey), Nathaniel Lavarnway (Kaitlyn), Karly Lavarnway, Kasey Want (Jarrett), Carrie Morse (Moe), Sarah Albro Lavarnway and Emily Lavarnway.
