He was predeceased by: his parents, Nealy Brewer and Elizabeth Brewer (Boyce); his brother Gerald; his sister-in-law Wanda Brewer; and his nephews, Jerry and Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Brewer (Wyckoff); his children, Ann Clay, Paula VanDoren (Scott) and Bryan Brewer (Nicole Miller); his grandchildren, Cassandra Kaiser, Jack, Anson, Max Clay, Dylan and Brandon Swanson; his nephew Bobby Brewer (Kiya); and his close friend Richard Poyer. He is also survived by father-in-law, sisters and brother-in-law, nephews and cousins.
