She was predeceased by: her father Frank Waiter; her husband Charles Smith; and her sisters, Cynthia Schrettenbrunner, Bonnie Skutt and Susan Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Nina Carpenter (Craig), Bonnie Smith, Kimberly Bullivant (Doug) and Charles Smith Jr.; her grandchildren, Richard Carpenter, Nicole Quirk, Anthony Bullivant, Ashley Bullivant (Louis) and Christopher Smith; her great grandchildren, Owen, Aiden Jensen and Madison Taylor; and her sisters, Rosalie Moore and Laura Waiter.
