He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig and Elizabeth (Bariscillo); his wife Jean (Rutherford); and his son John R. Wengler. He is survived by: his daughter Elisabeth Wengler; and his granddaughters, Allison, Victoria and Stephanie Wengler.
