He is survived by: his daughters, JoAnn (James McKenna) of Lake Placid, NY, Mary Ellen (Philip Bane) and Constance Heath of Navesink, NJ; his grandchildren, James Anthony (Brittany), Elizabeth McKenna, Melissa, David and Abigayle Heath; his great grandchildren, Leo Anthony, Drew and Nazaré McKenna; his friend Jo Evans of Sarasota; his sister Phyllis; his brother-in-law Casper Bocina; and also Evaluation Clinic.
