She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Payne and Lillian Berg Payne; and her sisters, Shirley, Carol, Joan, Audrey and Elaine.
She is survived by: her husband John Levi; and her children, John II Levi (Thera) of Old Forge, Julie Manzi (Sean) of Inlet, Daniel Levi (Georgia) of Inlet and Gerald Levi (Heather) of Inlet. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
