It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Cornelia McKenzie of Indian Lake, New York, born in Norlina, North Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Register and Nellie Register (Beardsley); her grandfather Grant; her husband Bernard D. McKenzie; her siblings, Katherine Rodwell, Helen Mack Larson and Robert Register; her daughter-in-law Mary J. McKenzie; her grandchildren, John McKenzie and Lisa McKenzie; her children, Neil McKenzie (Sandra Beare) of Sitka, Grant McKenzie (Katie) of Lexington, Nancy Virgil (Ernest) of Lake Pleasant and David McKenzie of Selkirk; her grandchildren, Jessica McKenzie, Daniel Virgil and Christopher Virgil; and her great grandchildren, Gianna, John, Orion, Maya, Luci, Emmett and Silas. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, the family will arrange a private memorial service.
