He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Deyle and Winifred Deyle (Flock); and his siblings, Barb White and Jim Deyle. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Phillips Foster; his children, William "Bill" Deyle II of Ilion and Kathy Jameson (Tony) of Granby, Colorado; his stepson Tom Foster (Michelle) of New York Mills; his grandchildren, Joe, Freya Jameson, Thomas Foster III and Brody Foster; and his sister Cathy Deyle of Chico, CA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
