Norman of Ilion, New York, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Barr and Sarah Teresa Norman (Byers). He is survived by: his sons, Victor Norman (Rebecca) of Syracuse and Gary Norman (Kim) of Ilion. He is also survived by three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his nieces and nephews.
