She is survived by: her parent Kathleen (Snell) of Verona; her daughter Amelia Butler; her father Peter Hewitt; her siblings, Pamela Smith, Michael Hewitt, Patricia Pignetti and Christine Hewitt; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer, William, Stephanie, Rebecca, Niklas, Bethany and Caleb; and her great-nephews, Konnor, Brady and Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, or the American Kidney Foundation; organizations near and dear to Theresa's heart (and kidney).
