She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shockey and Frances Shockey (Andrews); her brothers, Arthur and Bobby Durand; and her mother-in-law Betty Putch.
She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Putch; her daughter Amanda; her son-in-law Mike Kelsey; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Kelsey and Austyn Kelsey; her siblings, Bruce Shockey (Keori), Bonnie Tkach (John), Muriel Kosakowski (Don) and Patricia "Trish" Shockey; and her father-in-law Dominick Putch.
