He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette Merwin (Puffer) and Glenn "Bus" Merwin; his nephew Roger Merwin, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Sandra Merwin. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Rupnik (Jon) of Mt. Pleasant, PA, Ronald Merwin (Debbie Donahue) of Ilion, NY and Roger Merwin (Joyce) of West Winfield, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
