He is survived by: his mother Eva Usyk (Jones); his grandchildren, Ellie and Joey; his wife Lori Usyk; his daughters, Erica Lebert (Joe), Christine Usyk, Jamie Martino (Mike) and Kari Cieslak (Joseph); his siblings, Stanley Usyk (Charlene), Paul Usyk (Rosetta) and Debbie Dam (Scott); and his brother-in-law Thomas Brownrigg (late Bonny). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews, along with several cousins.
