She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Pierce and Becky Upson Pierce; and her stepfather Larry Kasper. She is survived by: her husband Paul Grimes; her children, Christopher (Elizabeth Pierce) of Ilion, Alexander Matthews of Mohawk, Dante Grimes (Nikkiah Rios) of Rome, John Scalise of Ilion, Izzetta Matthews of Ilion, Tara Matthews of Ilion and Marissa Matthews of Ilion; her siblings, Rob (Kim Pierce) of Seneca, SC, Scott (Linda Pierce) of Ilion and Megan Pierce of Richmond, VA.; and her grandchildren, Sylvanas Pierce, Celaenas Pierce, Artimis Pierce, Asher Grimes and Sirius Pierce. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
