He is survived by: his wife Heather; his parents, Gerry LaPorte of Ilion and Linda LaPorte of Ilion; his grandmother Dee Richardson of Ilion; his daughters, Lauryn Patterson and Emma LaPorte; his daughters-in-law, Jesse Peckham, Jen Peckham of Mohawk, Cody Sprague and Mary Sprague of Clayville; his close friends, Mark Mathy, Rachel Mathy of Mohawk and Miles Bennett; his daughter Kyra; and also, Jennifer Burton, John Burton of Newport, Tammy Stone and Chad Stone of Ilion. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and his special canine friend.
