She is survived by: her children, Julie Welch of Clinton, NY, Laura Schultz of Edmeston, NY, Kenneth Welch of Ilion, NY, Connie Eddy (Bryan Thomas) of Clayville, NY and Raymond Eddy (Joelle) of Auburn, NY; her siblings, June Hull of Clayville, NY and Charles Ostrander of Connelly, NY; and her caregiver Ann. She is also survived by 6 grandsons and 3 granddaughters.
