He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Powell; his children, Theresa (Eli) of Blossvale, Louis of Mohawk and Corey (Dee) of Rome; his grandchildren, Alan, Tiffany Hoke, Kyle, Aleah Hoke, Myra, Max Klump Alyssa Case, Kevin Oram, Seth Guido, Allyson Guido, Bella Guido, Dominick Guido, Sophia Guido and Olivia Guido; his great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Vincent, Anthony (Goose), Jack Louis, Addis, Emma and Hunter; his siblings, Dominick Guido and Donna Lewis; his mother-in-law Marie Powell; and his caregivers, Cisco, Christopher, Louis, Will Lipczynski and Phyllis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
