He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Goodrich and Margaret Abeline Goodrich; his close friend Jacalyn; his brother Raymond; and his grandson Nathan Joseph Bass.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Bass of Utica, George Rogers (Christa) of East Herkimer and Ray Ruthford (Susan) of Herkimer; and his sister Barbara DeMars (Terry) of Herkimer. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
