He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Polley; his daughter Jennifer Polley; and his siblings, Edward Polley and Ruth Brewer. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Polley (Kyle); his wife Gloria; his sons, Ken Polley (Lisa) of Ilion, Jeremy Polley of Ilion and Colleen Groom of Ilion; his grandchildren, Megan Diehl, Hailey Polley and Jeremy Polley, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Leah, Lexi, Jennifer and Bryce; and his brother David Polley of Massachusetts. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
