She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Mroz and Etta Mroz (Hall). She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Andrea, Jesse and Jimmy; her grandsons, Nick, Michael and Daniel; her brother Ron; her sisters-in-law, Judy, Anna and Florence; and her friend Annemarie. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews; and an infinite number of friends.

It is the wish of the family that memorial contributions in the memory of Kay be sent to Blessed Sacrament Church with a Mass in her honor.
