He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Allen and Eleanor Allen (Hayes). He is survived by: his wife Karen (Doremus); and his daughters, Tina M. Sudakow (Heath Flike), Tracy M. Reesh (Tom) and Teira M. Davis (Dan Tripple).
