It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Kast of Ilion, New York, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kast and Maureen Kast (Woods); his grandparents, William Wood, LeRoy and Esther Kast; and his aunts, Suzanne Zammiello, Sharon Jaquish and Sandy McCarthy.
He is survived by: his grandmother Eleanor Woods of Whitesboro; his son Jordan Kast; the mother of his child Jessica Scharp; his sister Erin Lasher (Brant) of Ilion; his nephew Anderson Lasher; his aunt Cheryl Kast; and his uncle William Woods (Cheryl).
