He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James D. Putnam, Charles and Mary Jane Guile. He is survived by: his parents, James D. Putnam and Wendy A. Putnam (Guile); his close friends, Jim and Wendy; his siblings, Joshua and Allison; his grandmother Thelma Putnam; his aunts and uncles, Christine, Joseph Coniguliaro, Dan Guile and Sally Johnson; his cousins, Daniel Guile, Stream Coniguliaro, Quinn Coniguliaro and Benjamin Coniguliaro; and his close friends, Justin Vallone and Matthew Iocovozzi. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
