With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George H. Getman (Ilion, New York), who passed away on February 20, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Getman and Bertha Myers Getman; his wife Neva Hart Getman; his son-in-law Rick Cadwallader; his great grandchild Julia Stolte; and his siblings, Clara Carley, Burrill, Frank, Fayette, A. B. and J. D..

He is survived by: his stepdaughter Jessica Stone of Seattle, WA.; his wife Hazel Ross Getman; and his children, Stephen and Gail. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and their spouses, 23 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
