He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dineen and Edna Dingivan Dineen; his son Frank Dineen, Jr.; and his siblings, William Dineen, Mary Mase, Margaret Haile, Lillian Baker, Alice Dechane, Eleanore Baker and Marion McKenna.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Ryan; his children, Kathy (Kevin McKinney) of Syracuse, Michael Dineen (Dorothy) of Mexico, NY, Daniel Dineen (Deborah) of Cortland, Linda Everson of Ilion, Jennifer Price of Johnstown and Jeffrey Dineen (Patti) of Lafayette; his brother Thomas Dineen of Utica; and his grandchildren, Jason Hight (Alyssa), Kevin Hight (Abigail), Ian Dineen, Harrison Dineen, Danielle Dineen (Joe), Kelly Dineen, Michael Dineen, Matthew Everson, Jessica Everson, Sean Price, Tyler Price and Kaitlyn Price. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
