He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Congelo and Rose Terranover Migliore; his grandsons, James and Christopher; his stepfather Carl Bozzy Migliore; his brother Anthony; his sister-in-law Carmella Congelo; his sister Carol; his brother-in-law Gene Girantino; his parents-in-law, Lucy, Sam Chippoletti, Savey Lombardo and Dolores Calenda; and his nephew Scott Streeter.
He is survived by: his former wife Katherine Calenda; his wife Katherine "My Katie" Congelo of Ilion; his children, James Congelo of Hinckley Lake, Mark Congelo of Reno, NV, Francis Congelo, Jr. of Buffalo and Yolanda Congelo of Frankfort; his sister Gloria Lombardo of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Melissa, Jennifer, Chase and Tanya; and also Rose Migliore. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
