He is survived by: his wife Christine Irwin; his sons, John Booth of Deerfield, Demmey Booth of Ilion and Mark Booth (Diana) of Winchester, TN; his brother-in-law Maurice Irwin (England) of Stoke; and his cousins, Betty Munday and England. He is also survived by his several step-children and step-grandchildren.
